How routing works

Each merchant is pinned to up to eight channels per direction and currency. Orders rotate system-wide across the filled slots so no single upstream carries all the volume, and a channel that times out or rejects an amount hands the order to the next slot instantly. Admins see live per-channel success rates and can rebalance in seconds.

Integrating in a day

Create the merchant account, copy the merchant id and secret key, sign your request, and post to the pay-in endpoint. You get back a payment URL to redirect the customer to; the final state arrives on your callback URL. Payouts follow the same pattern with beneficiary details. How do I integrate Sunpay?

Create a merchant account, take your merchant id and secret key, then call the pay-in endpoint to create an order and the payout endpoint to send money. How long does onboarding take?

Sandbox credentials the same day. Live traffic starts once business verification is complete, usually within a day for a prepared merchant.

Does Sunpay support agents and sub-merchants?

Yes. Agents apply through the agent portal, get a fixed commission rate set by the admin, and onboard their own merchants; each approved merchant gets its own credentials and Telegram group notifications.

What currencies does Sunpay support?

INR collections and payouts are the core product, with USDT settlement. PKR, BDT and USD channels can be enabled per merchant.
